Q. What is Your Minimum Order?

A. For our UK-based customer our Minimum Order is £200 (Excluding V.A.T.). Orders placed online must be paid for in full before shipment.

For Export customers, the Minimum Order is £500 (Excluding V.A.T.)

Q. Do you offer Free Shipping

A. We offer Free Shipping for Orders in value over £1000 (Excluding V.A.T.) anywhere in UK and Ireland.

Q. Can you order online and Collect 

A. Yes, when you proceed to check out you can select “Local Pickup” your order will be assembled but not put on a pallet.

Q. Can you arrange your own carrier

A. Yes, but we only ship on a pallet so your courier must be a pallet carrier. When you check out select “Local Pickup” then send us an email and inform us of the carrier. Goods will be picked and placed on a pallet ready for collection.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept Master Card and Visa. Debit Cards and Credit Cards have no transaction fee.

International customers must pay via bank transfer (BACS)

If paying by bank transfer, we need the funds to clear within our account before we can dispatch your goods, which usually takes 5-7 working days. Please note that bank transfer payments must be made within 48 hours of placing the order on the website. Any delay in making payment may result in your order being cancelled and incur an administration charge.

Q. Do you ship outside the UK?

A. Unfortunately we do not ship outside the UK or Ireland. You would have to arrange that yourself and have the courier collect from our Manchester warehouse (Prices are shown ex. works). They will also need to bring a completed CMR form when collecting the goods or they will not be released.

We are more than happy to deliver your order to any UK freight forwarder, who can then ship your order to any destination in the world. We work on an ex. warehouse basis, so payment is required in full before shipment. A completed CMR form and all relevant stamped Export documentation is required. 

Q. Do you charge VAT on orders going to the EU? 

A. No, V.A.T. will not be charged on orders going to the EU (Including Ireland) provided a valid V.A.T. number and valid EORI number is provided when you register your account.

Q. Do you need to provide a valid EORI number?

A. Yes, you will require this in order for your goods to be shipped to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and Mainland Europe. Any EU member customers buying from our website are liable for their own Customs Clearance (when goods arrive in the EU) V.A.T. local taxes, and duty as we are only shipping under DAP Incoterms 2020
